The MOTION-LOCK Switch is a dual-state safety button designed for maximum control and reliability. It engages with ease yet is intentionally resistant to accidental release. Built on professional-grade components compliant with IEC 60947-5-1 and VDE 0660 standards, the switch ensures long-term durability, consistent operation, and absolute reliability. As the only user-facing element of the MOTION-LOCK Sub-System, it serves as the critical interface between operator and device.
Intelligent Safety Architecture
At the core of the MOTION-LOCK Sub-System is a dual-channel safety module that combines both hardware and software safeguards. The system not only halts device operation instantly on command but also continuously monitors wiring integrity—detecting unconnected, damaged, or improperly connected cables. This constant monitoring ensures uninterrupted safety and peace of mind.
Comprehensive Device Control
The MOTION-LOCK Sub-System adapts to a wide range of applications:

Chained Connections – Multiple compatible devices can be linked in a single up-link/down-link chain, allowing virtually unlimited connections without compromising safety or performance.

Independent Circuits – Alternatively, separate circuits can be configured, enabling independent control of devices such as the motion platform, QS-DD-20, and QS-BT1. This flexibility allows sim-racers to selectively enable or disable components depending on their racing session needs.
